Let Me Tell You About Us!

My wife and I felt the call to come to the Tri-Valley area in the New Year of 2004. From that point on we spent an exciting year planning for what we desired to be an energetic, dynamic, and relevant church community that would help people connect with God. If you desire to attend a church where God is the most exciting thing going on, then you have come to the right place. It is our hope that you will decide to make the vibrant and powerful community of Victory Point a part of your life.

My wonderful wife (Darla) and I have been married for an exciting 11 years of ministry and family. We have three children, Hannah (8 yrs), Holly (5 yrs), and Heidi (1 1/2 years) who are bright rays of sunshine in our lives. We are so excited to live in Livermore, a place that we now call home.

Ministry and Education Bio

Pastor Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology from Christian Life College (Stockton, CA) and an MBA from Regent University (Virginia Beach, VA). He has worked in ministry for 11 years. This has included 2 years as the associate youth pastor of Christian Life Center (Stockton, CA). More recently he has served as the Associate Pastor of a startup church in Pleasanton, CA under pastor Terry Baughman as well as the Student Development Director of Christian Life College in Stockton, CA.

Hobbies and Interests

I love all kinds of stuff. I am very interested in Science and especially love Astronomy. It boggles my mind how big the Universe is and how little we understand of it. I have a very large telescope and look through it whenever I get the chance.

I also love aviation and one of my secret dreams is to build and fly my own airplane one day. I just need to talk my wife into the idea. I recently started my pilots license and hope to be able to use aviation in my life for the Cause of Christ.

I also love to travel. I have been to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Greece, Honduras, and India. When I go, I take the gospel with me. Most of my overseas travel has been to share Christ. What a great way to go. I am really anxious to go back to India. There are so many hungry people there. It is almost overwhelming.

Finally my greatest hobby is all my girls. I am surrounded by women in my life! They are my little helpers even when they get in the way. Because of them I get to do all kinds of crazy fun stuff. Right now I am building a custom dollhouse for our oldest daughter Hannah. It's a little harder than you think. My oldest girl is my wife and she is a blast. I married her because she has a great sense of humor and everyone loves her, but most of all me.
